How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Companion AI, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my premium features on a new device?
Open Companion AI, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Conversations are processed in real time and not stored long-term. We don't sell your data or use it to train unrelated AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is Companion AI a replacement for therapy?
No. Companion AI is designed to support mental wellness and emotional well-being. It is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
